Phoned this morning after seeing the promotion for fitting an outside tap on here last night, tap was fitted within 2 hours of me phoning. Workmen were very friendly and polite, thank you for a great service, I can now think about getting the lazy spa I bought 5 months ago out the box

This is the second time I’ve used D-Mac. On Friday I had a new kitchen sink installed. Great courteous service and a good price. I’d certainly recommend them.

They responded very quickly to my request and the tradesmen themselves have a lovely and professional manor about them. They were even very tolerant of my little boy loitering around and managed to make him feel special even whilst they worked. It goes without saying, they also managed to sort the problem!

D-MAC Services did our hot & cold taps today in Bóness thanks very much appreciated, good customer service, first engineer came we had 22m pipe, but he took photos and they rescheduled cost extra £40 because pipes more than 2meters away from outside still fantastic price for both, very pleased and great job done cleaned up 🧹 🧼 afterwards kept in touch with us all the time by text and email recommend D-MAC Services Scotland 👍

Had hot and cold outside taps installed yesterday. Very professional service and nothing too much bother. Good price and good customer service. This was the same when we had Dmac out to fix our boiler last year when it broke the week before Christmas. The part that was fitted to fix it didnt work and had to be ordered again. The new part was fitted with no hassle on Christmas Eve. Would recommend for both services we have received

Had cold and hot outdoor tap fitted today. The boy who fitted it was very good. We live in a steel built house which proves extremely difficult to drill through but with a lot of time and perseverance he did it! I first enquired on Facebook and they got back to me quickly. I asked for an appointment to get a warm water tap fitted and got one for the following week. I paid haIf to secure my appointment with half to pay completion. I was not there but my partner said the installer was called Stephen and he was very polite and left the place very tidy. The whole experience was a very positive one. Would definetly use them again and would recommend them.
